Summary
We are looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator to support, help shape and innovate within our People function as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their HR or People Ops career who is excited by systems, structure and creating a great employee (and candidate) experience.
You will work closely with the People Operations Manager and take real ownership from day one, contributing to people processes, HR systems and initiatives that directly impact how our teams grow, perform and feel at work.

What will you do?
* Support day-to-day People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance and offboarding.
* Assist with the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of our HRIS, with HiBob experience considered a strong advantage.
* Help design, maintain and implement career progression frameworks and role clarity across the business.
* Support the build and rollout of 360-degree feedback and performance review structures.
* Partner with managers to ensure people processes are practical, clearly communicated and consistently applied.
* Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance our employer brand and employee experience.
* Maintain accurate people data, documentation and reporting inline with internal standards and data protection requirements
* Support people-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
* Recent graduate or around a years’ experience in People Operations, HR or a related role.
* Strong interest in HR systems, processes and data
* Experience with HRIS platforms; HiBob experience is highly desirable.
* Exposure to or interest in career frameworks, performance management and feedback models.
* Organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a strong desire to learn.
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
