As a Senior Document Controller, you will be integral to the setup, management, and maintenance of project document control systems, ensuring these systems meet company, customer, and project requirements. You will oversee information knowledge management across a range of projects, confidently managing individual projects while collaborating effectively within a team. Working within a dynamic consultancy, you will engage with a variety of contracts across multiple sectors, undertaking both short-term and long-term assignments to address diverse customer needs. Candidates with a track record in information management throughout the contract lifecycle, from development to construction phase delivery, are highly desired. Based in central London, this role offers the flexibility to work from home.
Skills:
- Experience in Document Control within a project context
- Proficiency in Document Control procedures, practices, and techniques
- Capability to produce guidance and improve Document Control activities
- Strong understanding of Information Management techniques
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders
