Customer Relations Executive

Responsibilities
* 90% inbound calls – responding to customer enquiries and making every interaction a great one.
* Handling emails and ensuring all customer queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
* Liaising with third parties to schedule and organise vehicle collections.
* Managing the full customer journey from start to finish to maintain high standards.
* Completing admin tasks accurately to keep everything running smoothly.
* Handling objections or issues calmly and confidently to ensure great outcomes.
Qualifications
* A customer service superstar with strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a can‑do, problem‑solving mindset.
* Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
* A professional, friendly telephone manner and confident IT skills (MS Office & bespoke systems).
* A true team player who is also self‑motivated and able to manage their own workload.
* Bonus points for vehicle knowledge or a keen interest in cars (but its not essential).
