The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving account growth across managed services, cyber security and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a portfolio of key customer relationships
* Lead QBRs, service reviews and account planning
* Identify and deliver upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
* Drive adoption of solutions across cyber, cloud and connectivity
* Manage renewals, pricing and multi‑year agreements
* Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to close opportunities
* Deliver consistent commercial performance across your accounts
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Strong account management experience within MSP, cyber or IT services
* Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
* Consultative, outcome‑focused sales approach
* Confidence managing senior stakeholders
Desirable
* Experience with XDR, SIEM, SD‑WAN, Azure or Microsoft 365
* Background in PE‑backed or fast‑growth environments
