You'll be the heartbeat of our daily operationssupporting clinicians, guiding our non-clinical team, and helping our service run efficiently for the communities we serve. What You ll Be Doing Operational Excellence Overseeing the clinical rota to ensure smooth staffing and minimal gaps Keeping HR systems updated and managing locum bookings Welcoming locums with an introduction and locum pack Ensuring staff have the right IT access to clinical and non-clinical systems Managing room allocations and ensuring enough clinical space is available Handling petty cash responsibly and raising purchase orders Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed Leadership & Team Support Providing day-to-day support and leadership to our non-clinical team Delivering inductions, 121s, appraisals, probation reviews, and development plans Preparing monthly payroll submissions, updating leave and absence records Approving annual leave and ensuring adequate cover Supporting with performance, sickness, and other employee relations matters Leading the onboarding and training of new colleagues You ll also work closely with HR, Recruitment, and senior management to ensure the service runs efficiently and professionally. About You Essential: Experience working in Primary Care Previous supervisory or team-leading experience Strong understanding of Primary Care operations Confident managing senior administrative tasks, including workforce admin Desirable: Experience supporting business development or service promotion in healthcare Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and staff training/induction Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of their application.
