Job Overview
You’ll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army in a fair and welcoming environment. You will carry out physical and psychometric tests, apply scoring guidelines, and help evaluate each candidate’s potential.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role. It includes overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week, plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
Responsibilities
* Running assessments with candidates, ensuring there is a fair testing environment
* Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback
* Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps
* Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidate’s abilities
* Clear communication and people skills
* Supportive and approachable attitude
* Team‑player with good organisation and attention to detail
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Some knowledge of Army careers
