Inspired2Care are developing a new bespoke service and are recruiting for highly experienced and suitably qualified Senior Positive Behaviour Support Workers. In this position, you will manage the day to day delivery of care, you will provide first line management to a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, developing their capability through demonstrating the right values and behaviours, mentoring staff, implementation of care plans and risk management and supporting their ongoing development.
You will work alongside the Behaviour Specialists within the residential home and members of the MDT to ensure the delivery of high quality care at all times. Successful candidates will receive extensive training and on-the-job coaching from a well-qualified Behaviour Specialist, Registered Manager, and Senior management team. You will provide care and support for residents with Learning Disabilities and Autism, Mental health illnesses, behaviours of concern and other complex behaviour.
Working within a facility setting you will be responsible for leading structured care and support for residents, dealing with emergencies and the smooth running of the facility.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum Degree level in Health and Social Care e.g. Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology
* Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a paid capacity supporting adults who have a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health and behaviours that challenge.
* Trained in CPI Safety Intervention/ MAPA - (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
Or
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a paid capacity supporting adults who have a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health and behaviours that challenge.
* Experience in managing the day to day delivery of care in a residential or nursing facility
* Trained in CPI Safety Intervention / MAPA - (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
