Goodman Masson are currently working with a social housing organisation in Norfolk to recruit for an interim Home Ownership Manager.
Pay: £250 - £315 a day INSIDE IR35
The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Home Ownership function, ensuring the delivery of a compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service. You'll oversee a wide range of homeownership activities while driving continuous improvement and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take responsibility for the full end-to-end Home Ownership service, including:
1. Managing shared ownership and shared equity transactions, including resales, assignments, and staircasing
2. Overseeing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications
3. Leading on remortgaging, redemptions, and sales progression
4. Supporting asset disposals, land transactions, and commercial property sales
5. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
6. Acting as the subject matter expert for homeowners and leaseholders
7. Driving excellent customer service across all touchpoints
