Sales Manager – Flagship Hotel Reopening
London | 💼 £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus | Pre-Opening Role
We’re partnering with a landmark hotel in London undergoing a full-scale renovation and relaunch. This isn’t just a role – it’s a rare chance to join a flagship project from the ground up, shape the commercial strategy, and put the hotel firmly on the map.
This is the first commercial hire – a pivotal appointment. You’ll be the face of the hotel across the corporate, agency, and travel trade world, helping build awareness and drive revenue well before doors officially open.
What we’re looking for:
-You’ve done this before – opened a hotel or played a key role in a re-launch. You understand the urgency, detail, and rhythm of a pre-opening.
-You know your markets – from TMCs and consortia to direct B2B corporate accounts, groups, leisure travel and local partnerships.
-You’re hands-on but strategic – able to work independently, but collaborative with ops, revenue, and marketing.
Your role:
* Act as the go-to sales lead in the countdown to opening
* Build a robust mix of corporate and agency partnerships
* Shape and implement a smart sales strategy that aligns with brand and revenue goals
* Represent the hotel at key industry events and networking forums
* Work closely with the GM and central team to lay strong foundations for launch – and long-term success
