Description
* Bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, cash book transactions
* Processing expenses, credit card administration, costings
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
* Support the team in budget tracking and expense management processes.
* Maintain and update financial records in compliance with organisational policies.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
* AAT Studier - or have equivalent experience
