A leading FMCG food manufacturer is currently seeking a site Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to join their expanding business in the East Glasgow area. The successful Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator will be instrumental in the role out of lean and CI projects within the factory. This pivotal role focuses on driving changes that enhance production efficiency, reduces waste, and improves product quality. This is an ideal opportunity for a production / operations / process specialist with food manufacturing experience to move into a days based, CI focused role. You will be comfortable using data to support the development of improvement projects and have previous experience and knowledge of CI tools and methodology.
