Night Receptionist (Seasonal FT) Key Responsibilities: Answer and redirect all incoming calls in a courteous manner. Pass on messages efficiently and deliver incoming post to the appropriate person. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers. Organise courier services during the shift. Order and store office supplies as needed. Receive packages and notify staff of deliveries. Manage incoming and outgoing messages and assist with copying as required. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Perform word processing, filing, and computer-based administrative tasks. Assist with restaurant bookings, party planning, and sourcing/buying items for clients when requested. Organise transportation, drivers, and security as needed. Ensure office pets are cared for and arrange any veterinary appointments. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Experience operating a busy switchboard. Proven experience in a customer service role. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Professional and confident telephone manner.
