The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the operation, ensuring production, logistics and support functions work together effectively to deliver consistent results. The role exists to stabilise, improve and integrate the factory operation over time by building capability, strengthening systems and driving performance across all areas
.In the short term, this will involve getting into the detail to understand and resolve operational challenges. Over time, success in the role is defined by improving how the operation works so that performance becomes consistent, predictable and less dependent on individuals
