NBB Waldrons is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from our Worcester office.

About the Role You will manage a range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive regular communication throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and firm procedures Building strong client and professional relationships through excellent service delivery
