Overview
Are you a motivated and experienced Sales Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role on the outskirts of Chesterfield?
The main purpose of the role is to provide first point of contact and support for customers, whilst also providing further support for the internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all orders received by customers are in line with the requirements
* Maintain all aspects of compliance relating to customer orders
* Monitor and control stock levels
* Handle any queries and issues linked to tracking or delivering
* Manage any customer returns as required
* Build a strong relationship with customers, other departments and stakeholders
* Occasionally travel to other offices to support other functions within the business
Qualifications
* Previous Sales Administrator experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and able to work to own initiative
* Demonstrate strong IT and organisational skills
* Be confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Salary
Salary is £26,000 - £28,000pa dependent on experience
