An established and fast-growing infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to play a key role in driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of works in West Yorkshire.

The Role
Depending on your level, you will either step into or grow into a leadership position with responsibility for:
Overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects or frameworks
Managing and mentoring junior and intermediate QS team members
Leading on contractual matters, negotiations, and risk management
Driving cost control, forecasting, and reporting
Supporting senior leadership in commercial strategy and business improvement

What were looking for
Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within civil engineering, infrastructure, or contracting environments
Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and project delivery
Proven ability (or clear potential) to lead, mentor, and develop others
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
