You will be working for an industry leading flooring specialist who work across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities; Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organised, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage Essential Criteria; Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU Previous experience leading a team (preferably working with concrete) Good communication skills For more details please call Emily on or email on Skills: site supervisor construction concrete site manager
