My client is seeking an EHS Administrator to support the Safety Manager and EHS Team on a high-profile phamaceutical project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where safety and compliance are paramount. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Deliver H&S inductions for new employees and contractors ✅ Coordinate site visitors and ensure compliance with safety protocols ✅ Maintain site safety folders and assist with KPI requirements ✅ Update and manage EHS databases (equipment, testing, documentation) ✅ Track and report safety statistics, audits, and compliance trends ✅ Administer project safety programs, including Toolbox Talks & BBS programs ✅ Support the development of safety documents and training requirements ✅ Manage safety signage, PPE stock control, and site safety boards What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems 🔹 Experience in an administrative role within construction or data centres (preferred) 🔹 Excellent organizational and communication skills 🔹 Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines 🔹 A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement This is a fantastic opportunit...
