Overview
We’re recruiting for a Compensation Professional to support the Business Operations Group (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and more). In this role, you’ll help design and manage global compensation programs while working on high-visibility initiatives that provide broad exposure across the firm. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to make an impact in a global business.
Responsibilities
* Drive the annual compensation planning process for Business Operations employees by partnering with business leaders and the Human Capital team — owning project management, data management, reporting, and analysis.
* Ensure pay practices remain competitive by conducting detailed benchmarking analyses and collaborating with Human Capital Business Partners on compensation-related projects, reporting, and recommendations.
* Partner with key stakeholders across Human Capital, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal to execute critical processes, deliver accurate reporting, and develop creative solutions to complex issues.
* Work closely with Compensation team members to align Business Operations programs with the firm’s overall compensation philosophy and support the successful rollout of firmwide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* 2–5 years of progressive compensation experience
* Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Business Administration, or Finance preferred
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make actionable recommendations
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office Suite
