We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service through installation, maintenance, repairs, and configuration of IT products for some of the UKs largest retailers. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to help us continue providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts
* Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly
* Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements
* Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed
* Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications
* Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition
* Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations
* Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems
* Field service experience preferred
* Calm under pressure, professional, and customer-focused
* Clean driving licence required
* Desirable: Technical engineering or IT product repair experience
