The role holder is responsible for the operational tender process and pricing management of Vantive products and services, collaborating with the Commercial and Functional Teams. Key Accountabilities Documentation management for tenders and initiate the planning & coordination activities with the Commercial teams to ensure that tenders are submitted in line with best practice Collate & gather key internal & external business information required for tender submissions Identify discrepancies where public procurements that are related to the business in line with competition criteria/local procurement laws and escalate this management & relevant stakeholders Responsible for commercial contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual terms (e.g. contract prolongations) and inform Commercial teams accordingly. Optimise internal CRM systems for the tender/contract process to maximise efficiency and output Support Commercial teams when creating new quotes for pricing activity and contract terms Own the pricing management process, undertake pricing system administration and support Commercial Teams & Customer Service Teams with pricing activities (e.g. price increases, price disputes) Conduct inductions and upskilling interventions for internal stakeholders on the Company tender and pricing process Essential Criteria Qualifications Degree in Economics/Finance would be advantageous Holding or working towards CIPS Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations Skills Strong administrative skills High attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Process-driven Experience Proven experience of managing the tender process (within the medical/healthcare industry including the NHS would be preferable) Established experience of applying project management practices Previous experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous Good experience in delivering presentation for wider audiences Knowledge Good level of knowledge in best practice of tender management Basic knowledge of UK and Ireland procurement laws Job Requirements This role is homebased with travel to office locations within the UK
