* Registered Health Professional
* Educated to Masters level or equivalent with highly developed specialist knowledge and experience
Experience, Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Recent experience within a community CMHT role at band 6 or transferable experience
* Demonstrate specialist knowledge in clinical assessment, treatment, and mental health care
* Practical experience of facilitating and managing change
Managerial Supervisory Experience

* Proactive involvement in supervision and development of multidisciplinary team members
* Ability to prioritize effectively
Personal qualities / attributes
Essential criteria
