This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils to help every child achieve their potential. About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers to provide targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs. Your role will include assisting with group and 1-1 interventions, helping children access the curriculum, supporting behaviour management, and encouraging positive social interactions. You will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and confident.
