We are looking to recruit an empathic and committed Women's Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our dedicated Criminal Justice Team in Nottinghamshire. The role will sup port female service users identified through the Criminal Justice System to reduce substance use related harm, improve lives and reduce reoffending. Primary work base negiotiable: Hucknall, Mansfield or Worksop. Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Full Time Salary : £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, paid Pro Rata) Contract: Permanent. Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About us: Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire provides substance use treatment and recovery support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments. About the role: Supporting female service users from the point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey, including women released from prison and those supervised by the National Probation Service. Working with female service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination Supporting female specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of female service users. Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including courts, police, prisons, probation, domestic abuse support services, and other health and social care and community services. Promoting carer, service user and community involvement. About you: Experience of working with women affected by trauma and substance use. P roven ability to work effectively in multi-agency settings. Proactive approach. Able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills. Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards. The flexibility to travel and work across Nottinghamshire and undertake prison in-reach at HMP Foston Hall, Derbyshire. What we will give to you: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
