JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing revenue, profit, and demand related to hotel rooms in a specific market or cluster. The role involves preparing forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections, and analyzing their progress. Develops or utilizes analytical tools and systems to maximize revenue and profit. Critiques sales strategies and conducts historical and future revenue and profit analyses.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant business discipline is preferred or demonstrated equivalent work experience.

* Performs revenue and profit opportunity analyses.
* Recommends improvements to revenue analysis processes.
* Manages all revenue, profit, and demand data for rooms and event spaces.
* Promotes brand integrity.
* Determines pricing strategies for group, transient, and catering leads.
* Evaluates data needs and communicates findings to Market Strategy and Revenue Analysis teams.
* Creates forecasts for group bookings and catering services.
* Records, maintains, and transcribes information accurately.
* Breaks down information to understand underlying principles and causes.
* Generates reports and presentations with accurate and timely results.
* Analyzes information, identifies problems, and proposes solutions.
* Ensures timely submission of reports.
Building Successful Relationships
* Develops and maintains cooperative relationships over time.
* Acts as liaison between property and regional/corporate support systems.
* Provides timely updates to executives, peers, and subordinates.
