We are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Manager
About the Role:
* To lead and manage a team of support workers, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
* To work collaboratively with other managers to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
* To maintain accurate records, complete risk assessments, implement Support Plans, and provide operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The ability to inspire colleagues to deliver high-quality services;
2. To work within agreed frameworks, including roster management, finance checks, health & safety checks etc.;
3. A track record of supporting people to live independently in their community; developing positive outcomes for those being supported;
4. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders;
