Business Development Executive

Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 OTE

Experience Required: 1+ year in B2B Business Development / Lead Generation


We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1+ year of experience to join our growing team at Angsana. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment while working with senior decision-makers from some of the world’s leading healthcare, marketing services and tech companies.

Founded in 2006, Angsana is a specialist lead generation and appointment-setting agency with offices in Covent Garden and Sheffield. We help our clients define compelling new business propositions and use a mix of cold outreach - phone, email automation, and LinkedIn customisation - to set up meetings with senior decision-makers across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing


• Engaging with senior-level prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Qualifying leads, uncovering needs, and booking meetings for our clients

• Managing multiple client accounts with professionalism and organisation

• Working closely with internal team members to deliver campaigns and hit targets

• Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture


Required Experience & Skills


• 1+ year in B2B business development, lead generation, appointment setting or cold calling

• Confident communicator with excellent phone manners

• Strong written communication skills

• Professional experience using phone, email, and LinkedIn for outreach

• Understanding of the marketing services, healthcare or tech sectors

• Strong organisational and account management capability

• Degree-level education (or equivalent)

• Right to work in the UK

• Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team

• Able to provide strong professional references
