During that time, the club has continued to go from strength to strength. In the last year alone, we have:* won the Junior Swimgainz League* secured promotion in the National Arena League* supported swimmers achieving finalist places at National and British levelsAs our programme continues to grow, we are now looking for a coach who can help us build on that success and support swimmers across the club to achieve their potential.We are looking for:* someone who holds a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate, or is working towards this.* is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to swimmer development* can deliver engaging, well-structured sessions* works positively as part of a wider coaching team* enjoys supporting swimmers across a range of ages and abilities**Role details:*** Self-employed position* Up to £20 per hour for the right person* Sessions are currently based in Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, and Leominster* We are keen to be flexible and would welcome interest from candidates based in any of these areasWe recognise that the right candidate may have preferences around location, squads, and availability, and we will do our best to accommodate those wherever possible. **The role can be shaped to suit the successful candidate, or candidates, depending on experience, availability, and the sessions they are best placed to support.****We can offer:*** a flexible coaching role that can be tailored where possible* the opportunity to work within a successful and expanding club* support with ongoing coaching development* support towards further qualifications, including progression to Senior Coach, if desired* a welcoming and well-supported club environmentWe are incredibly fortunate to have a fantastic group of swimmers, supportive parents, and a committed committee who are keen to see both current and future members thrive.**This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who wants to be part of a friendly, ambitious, and community-focused club, while also having flexibility around how and where they contribute.**City of Hereford Swimming Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
