About the Role:
This role combines hands-on veterinary work with involvement in the strategic and operational running of the practice. Duties include providing consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, and follow-up care, as well as contributing to business strategies, analysing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor the veterinary team, and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider community. The right candidate will have the chance to bring equity into the business and take on a genuine partnership role.

✅ To be considered, you will need:
MRCVS qualification
Strong clinical skills in surgery, diagnostics, and emergency care
