Were looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our warm, welcoming nursery team in Sheffield.
About the Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, youll work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and inspire the team, and ensure outstanding care and education for every child.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations
* Lead, motivate and mentor the staff team
* Ensure high-quality practice in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Build strong relationships with children, families and professionals
* Step into the Manager role when required
What Were Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare & Education
* Experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted standards
* Confident, caring and organised with great communication skills
