What you’ll be doing as a Car Sales Executive
Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to handover
Maintaining strong product knowledge and attending manufacturer training
Prospecting, following up enquiries, and managing your customer database
Recommending suitable add‑on products based on customer needs
Delivering a first‑class customer experience that drives repeat business
Working closely with aftersales and management to ensure smooth operationsEssential
Experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or large used‑car operation)
Strong stability in previous roles
Ability to work to combined targets (8 used + 4 new per month)
Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
Full UK driving licenceDesirable
Strong organisational and follow‑up skills
A positive, team‑focused attitude
