Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to future engineers. This role involves mentoring apprentices and delivering education up to level 3 in electrical skills, including qualifications such as Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments
2. Creating course materials and handouts
3. Delivering practical training to apprentices and adults
4. Creating a motivational learning environment
5. Assessing learner progress and providing feedback
Requirements:
* Time served apprentice or relevant qualification (City and Guilds Part 3, Technical Certificate, or higher)
* Level 3 (or higher) teacher training qualification (desired)
* Industrial experience and knowledge of current industry standards (desirable)
* Good communication skills
