We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Sports Coach to join our vibrant PE department at our thriving independent school in Subiton.
About the Role
As an Assistant Sports Coach, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality PE and Games lessons, as well as assisting with our swimming programme. Working with pupils from Reception to Year 8, you'll help nurture a lifelong love of sport, teamwork, and active living.
Main Duties
* Support PE and swimming lessons across a range of age groups
* Assist in coaching core sports and extra-curricular activities
* Help set up, supervise, and maintain equipment
* Encourage pupils of all abilities, promoting confidence and participation
* Contribute to school fixtures, competitions, and sports events
What We're Looking For
* Energetic, approachable, and motivated team player
* Experience of working with children in a sporting environment (desirable)
* Strong swimming ability and willingness to assist in the pool
* A commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
* Coaching qualifications or sports/swimming certifications are an advantage

Pay: £13.74-£21.38 per hour
