With 1-hour minimum visits and paid travel time between clients, you’ll have the space and support to do what you do best – delivering thoughtful, quality care without being rushed.
Your day-to-day might include:
1. Supporting with personal care like washing, dressing, and moving safely
2. Helping with medication reminders
3. Preparing meals and doing light housework
4. Taking clients to appointments or running errands
5. Offering companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
🔎 Our requirements are simple…
All we ask is that you have a kind heart and genuine passion for caring, especially for older people. Along with that, you’ll also need:
6. A valid driving license and access to reliable car
7. Business insurance for your vehicle
8. Availability to work on weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
9. Two professional references and an enhanced DBS check

10. Competitive hourly rate – £12.60 per hour (weekdays/weekends) & £25.20 per hour (bank holidays)
11. Training paid at £12.21 per hour
12. Travel time paid at £12.21 per hour, plus up to 35p to cover for petrol costs
