Key Responsibilities
* Lead from the front with your own billings and client development
* Manage, inspire, and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants, Sales team and Resourcers
* Develop and execute branch sales plans and strategies
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s and team meetings to support performance and wellbeing
* Hire and develop talent in line with Enlighten’s values and growth plans
* Foster a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture
* Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback
* Maintain strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and quality service
* Lead from the front - support your team in winning business and placing top tier talent.
* Strategic leader - looking at trends in and gaps in the market.
* Take full P&L ownership of your specialism
* Shape sales strategy and set meaningful KPIs (we value quality over call volume)
* Drive new business development and client acquisition
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team in a supportive, growth-focused culture
* Accelerate revenue across temporary, contract, and permanent placements
Desired Criteria
* A minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, in a 360 or recruitment position
* Experience in Engineering, Healthcare, Hospitality, Technology, Construction etc.
* Managerial experience is preferred, managerial aspirations are essential
* Strong work ethic. You’ll be pushed, developed and challenged and we only accept people willing to go the extra mile.
* Positive, solutions-oriented individual who has a “glass half full” mentality
