Duties
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
* Answer and direct phone calls with professional phone etiquette
* Organise meetings, appointments, and coordinate schedules for staff members
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Maintain accurate records using software such as QuickBooks and other organisational tools
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
* Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency
* Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone promptly and professionally
* Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Requirements
* Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
