Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly organised and capable of managing their workload independently.
* A strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with operational teams, suppliers, and management.
* Confident and persuasive, with the ability to influence positive change.
* Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Resilient, proactive, and tenacious in driving actions through to completion.
* Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel.

Requirements

* Experience within pallet pooling, packaging, recycling, or transport operations.
* Knowledge of PEFC, ISPM15, SHEQ, or other relevant industry standards.

Working Pattern & Travel

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the LPR network. A dedicated geographical area will be assigned, with occasional travel to other regions for audits, knowledge sharing, and team meetings.

Overnight stays may be required to complete duties efficiently and are not expected to exceed 10 days per quarter following the initial training period.
