Take over an established desk focusing on the infrastructure markets. Benefit from the knowledge and expertise of senior tech recruiters ensuring you hit the ground running and achieve success quickly.
Qualified Finance: Senior Permanent Consultant
Join a thriving finance team specialising in the senior markets recruiting for qualified accountants across Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Nottingham. Ideal for a senior recruiter with prior experience working this sector or another specialist field.
Business Support: Temps Consultant
Ideal for someone at the start of their recruitment career. Manage a busy commercial temps desk supported by a manager with over 10 years of experience at Reed; (9) Chris Browning | LinkedIn. As well as ongoing top-tier training both on and off-site including a visit to our renowned Business School for specialist recruitment training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed’s services, and match candidates to clients.
