What is the opportunity?
You will develop and implement market real estate plans aligned with CRE enterprise strategy, working closely with the Corporate Real Estate Regional Senior Director and team.
You will perform detailed analysis in developing market plans, capturing specific market nuances, financial analysis and business requirements.
Additionally, you will get to manage the PAR business case process for the regional team, including EDS and other stakeholder engagement to effectively manage planning deliverables.
Collaborating with the Enterprise Workplace Strategy team on planning deliverables to ensure global planning consistency will be key.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our 100 Bishopsgate location.
What will you do?
* Develop and maintain regional market plans in collaboration with CRE Regional Lead, stakeholders, and business managers.
* Shape business vision and requirements through platform planning sessions.
* Support space acquisitions, ensuring alignment with technical/design standards and scope.
* Incorporate market nuances into plans while maintaining global consistency with the Enterprise Workplace team.
* Contribute to annual planning and quarterly portfolio reviews, including Project Initiation Forms (PIFs).
* Deliver high-impact analysis and presentations for senior leadership, aligning with strategic priorities.
* Collaborate across teams (platform, finance, CRE) to build comprehensive business cases.
* Bridge project initiation (portfolio group) to close-out (project delivery group) via market planning briefings.
* Develop, track and manage PAR business cases for the CRE region.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Advance proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) and modeling techniques.
* Communication, influencing and analytical capabilities represent integral skills to perform.
* Demonstrable experience in corporate real estate and/or management consulting experience particularly at a senior capacity.
* Influential leader with strong business and financial acumen.
* Strong client focus and responsiveness to business needs, while influencing change agenda (where required) to achieve enterprise goals.
* Highly proficient communication and presentation skills including executive engagement.
* Experience in supplier and contract management.
* Ability to work in a matrix organisation with global functions (centers of excellence) and regional delivery model.
Nice-to-have
* Advanced Degree: MBA advantageous.
* Global workplace strategy and transformation proven experience for large portfolios (>20MM Sq.ft).
* Consulting experience.
