We're looking for dedicated and resilient individuals to join a Local Authorities Family Intervention Team, delivering innovative, evidence-based support to children and young people under 16, and their families, where there is a risk of entering care. This is a rewarding role where you will work intensively with families, helping them build problem-solving skills, strengthen safety and stability at home, and achieve positive long-term change. What you'll be doing: Providing rapid crisis intervention and support to families, helping children remain at home safely where possible. Working closely with statutory services to align care and intervention plans. Contributing to assessments, child protection meetings, and, where necessary, giving evidence in court. Ensuring children's voices are heard and central to all planning and decision-making. Developing your knowledge and skills through ongoing training in evidence-based practice. Keeping clear, accurate records in line with Council policies. What we're looking for: We're seeking motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
