The Occupational Health Clinical Nurse Lead will assist the Occupational Health Manager in the effective co-ordination, development, and management of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service. Providing effective management and support to the clinical team ensuring the team achieves its outcomes. The appointed individual will use their clinical skills to assess and support employees through the Occupational Health journey.

This post will require the appointed nurse to work predominantly from the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Unit in Pontypridd, undertaking clinical assessments and supervision of the clinical team. A hybrid working pattern may be discussed with the Occupational Health Manager.
