We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Liaison Assistant Officer to join our team.
Overview of Role
This role involves maintaining strong relationships with residents and ensuring smooth service operations within local authorities and housing associations. If you have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
The Role
The Resident Liaison Assistant Officer will support our customer service team by delivering outstanding support and problem-solving services to residents. The role requires balancing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, providing professional customer service support.
2. Manage administrative duties accurately and efficiently, following internal processes and policies.
3. Coordinate with other teams to resolve resident queries and concerns.
4. Use IT systems effectively for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
5. Identify potential service improvements to support continuous enhancement initiatives.
