Panel Technician Location: Coventry Salary: £35,000 £60,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Contract: Full-time, permanent The Role Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Technician to join their Coventry bodyshop operation. This role sits within a forward-thinking repair environment that is focused on evolving processes and delivering a high-quality service to customers. As a Panel Technician, you will play a key role within the wider site, taking ownership of your work while also sharing your technical expertise with colleagues. You will be encouraged to challenge traditional ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continued development of the workshop. Key Responsibilities Carry out panel repairs to a consistently high standard Ensure repairs are completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards Work collaboratively with the wider production team Share technical knowledge and best practice across the site Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Desirable Skills, Experience & Qualifications ATA Accreditation (preferred) Proven experience as a Panel Technician Ability to produce a very high standard of workmanship Strong attention to detail and pride in quality Whats on Offer Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum Permanent, full-time position Opportunity to work within a modern, progressive bodyshop Supportive team environment with scope for development
