Job Description We're looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our team in Helensburgh. This is a 12 Month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) and offers the option of a 4 day working week or 9 day fortnight and hybrid working with typically 2-3 days onsite per week (depending on business needs) Key responsibilities include: Preparing month end journals including accruals and prepayments Ensuring accurate recording of all transactions processed on the corporate purchasing card Ensuring all banking transactions are processed including posting direct debits into ledger Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Raise orders within the purchasing system as requested by buyers Good receipt items within the purchasing system once delivered Process one-off supplier payments Provide support with the year-end audit Ad hoc task to support the Financial and Management accountant The successful candidate must achieve the appropriate level (SC) of security clearance.
