In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed pool environment while supporting an excellent experience for all members. With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools across our clubs, Lifeguards are essential to ensuring poolside safety, compliance with health and safety standards, and day-to-day operational excellence.
