Job summary This is an Investments Assistant role supporting the research and portfolio management team through data analysis, reporting and preparation of investment materials. The position provides exposure to multi-asset investing while assisting with research packs, client presentations and portfolio modelling. Key responsibilities Producing high-quality meeting packs containing investment data, charts and research Supporting economic and company research across multiple asset classes Assisting with portfolio allocation summaries and portfolio modelling Preparing client presentations for Board and Committee meetings Contributing to market overview commentaries and ad hoc analytical projects Working closely with portfolio managers to deliver accurate and timely reporting The successful candidate A graduate with a strong academic background in finance, economics or a related discipline, or up to two years’ relevant experience Broad familiarity with financial markets and statistics Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and the wider MS Office suite Experience with Bloomberg, Eikon or eVestment would be advantageous Able to manage deadlines effectively, communicate clearly and demonstrate commercial awareness
