About the role
Working as part of a small but collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll support a mix of administrative and coordination tasks, helping to ensure everything from travel bookings to office supplies runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities include
* Maintaining records and supporting with general administrative duties.
* Assisting with basic finance-related tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling company credit card transactions.
* Providing cover for reception — answering calls and greeting visitors.
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff training and meetings.
* Liaising with suppliers and landlords to resolve queries and maintain good working relationships.
* Ordering and managing weekly office supplies.
* Supporting colleagues across multiple sites and providing cover where needed.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and helping to improve administrative processes.
About you
You’ll be a friendly, organised, and adaptable team player who enjoys variety and can manage multiple priorities with confidence. You’ll have previous experience in an office-based role and a proactive approach to getting things done.
You should also have:
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A flexible and positive attitude to teamwork.
