We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Analyst to join our London-based FinTech, Revving. Our platform delivers cutting-edge embedded finance and working capital solutions tailored to the digital economy, including sectors such as AdTech, programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and digital streaming. Since launching our accelerated payments solution in 2023, we’ve been revolutionising how businesses in the digital economy get paid.
Revving has also recently closed a large Series A funding round with one of the World’s largest asset managers, DWS, and as we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our business operations team to further scale our impact across the industry.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Fintech Business Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or a FinTech company. Exceptional recent graduates with strong analytical and technical skills will also be considered.
This is a cross-functional role, primarily supporting the product development and BizOps teams, while also interfacing with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in financial concepts, SQL, and data management, along with strong analytical thinking, initiative, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Notion and a CRM is beneficial.
Candidates should demonstrate basic business acumen—the ability to understand financial drivers and how business decisions impact product and company performance. Familiarity with financial statements, revenue models, or unit economics is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Technical Platform Operations & Data Tools
* Configure and maintain internal tools using low-code platforms to enable new features and workflows.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, define user workflows, and resolve issues related to internal tools.
* Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and update outdated components as business needs evolve.
* Develop and maintain automated scripts for recurring, data-driven reporting.
2. Support Sales with Data & Tooling
* Acquire and process prospect data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper enrichment.
* Maintain and configure CRM systems, including data cleaning and custom reporting setup.
* Leverage APIs to integrate sales data with internal tools and dashboards.
* Configure and onboard customers onto the Revving platform.
* Analyze and evaluate new customer data to support sales and underwriting decisions.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize the customer journey and onboarding process.
* Prepare key credit reports, ad hoc analyses, and case studies with clear written summaries.
* Support accurate and timely processing of customer advances and repayments.
* Help design and improve operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability in loan operations.
* Work closely with BizOps and Tech to identify and prioritize technical improvements related to platform operations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance/Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or another relevant quantitative field.
* Role Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role; recent high-performing graduates will also be considered.
* Industry Experience: Experience in FinTech, the digital economy or AdTech is a plus but not required.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools and the ability to interpret and work with complex datasets.
* Operational Experience: Exposure to loan processing, payment operations, and financial compliance is advantageous.
* Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data evaluation, transaction processing, and operational accuracy.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Bizops, Sales and Technology teams, as well as the founders and senior management team.
Location
Role is based in central London with the successful candidate expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week.
