3. Delivering high levels of care: Assisting seniors and managers as needed, liaising with team members to ensure excellent care standards.
4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate daily records and care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Promoting autonomy and independence: Supporting residents in making choices that reflect their wellness and daily living preferences.
6. Adherence to professional standards: Upholding high standards of care in line with Salveo Care policies, procedures, and regulations.
