Our client is a leading and established international manufacturing business seeking an experienced Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis at their Irlam office.
Job Description
As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound calls and emails from an international customer base
2. Processing customer orders
3. Providing logistical updates on customer orders
4. Handling financial queries from customers, such as invoice disputes
5. Performing ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should:
1. Be able to commit to a part-time temp role (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm)
2. Possess excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions
3. Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service telephony roles
4. Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team
